QuickFit ("We", "Us", "Our") develops the QuickFit mobile application ("App") for informational and fitness purposes only. The App is available for download on the Apple App Store, operated by Apple Inc., and on Google Play, operated by Google Inc.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App and all related services. You must always consult your physician or doctor before starting any fitness program. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are solely responsible for your state of health.
By downloading or using QuickFit, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the App.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our official website or within the App. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use QuickFit. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.
QuickFit is available worldwide. It is your responsibility to ensure that using the App complies with the laws of your country or region.
QuickFit offers premium subscription options billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged no more than 24 hours before the start of the next billing period.
If you decide to cancel before a free trial ends, you must cancel before the trial period expires to avoid being charged. We will notify you if the price of a subscription increases and, if required, seek your consent to continue.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. QuickFit does not process refunds directly.
To cancel your subscription, go to your App Store or Play Store subscription settings and cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling will not result in a partial refund for any unused portion of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current paid period.
By using QuickFit, you confirm that all information is either owned by you or that you have the rights to use it. You agree not to:
You accept full responsibility, assume all risk, and release QuickFit from any direct or indirect loss, injury, claim, or damage arising from your use of the App, whether or not such use was properly supervised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

The workouts and fitness content in QuickFit are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Before starting any new exercise program, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.
By using the App, you attest that you are physically and mentally able to use QuickFit and knowingly accept all risks associated with its use. QuickFit is not responsible for any injury or health issue that may occur while using the App.
All content within QuickFit, including but not limited to workout videos, GIFs, animations, exercise plans, text, graphics, logos, icons, data compilations, and software ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to QuickFit and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. We own and retain all rights in the QuickFit Content and Services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content in the App without our prior written consent.
QuickFit is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QuickFit and all owners of the Content make no representations and disclaim any warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors, that fitness results will be achieved by all users, or that the App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QuickFit shall not be liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage) arising from:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, in which case the above may not fully apply to you.
